2.What information does Hannspree collect through its website?
Hannspree collects the following information automatically from visitors to our website:

4.How does Hannspree use and share the information collected through its website?

5.Does Hannspree transfer my information internationally?
Hannspree is part of an international organization, with legal entities and business processes that cross borders. Therefore, where permitted by law, we may share your personal information within Hannspree (including our subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies) or our suppliers and business partners and may transfer it to other countries in the world where we do business. 6.Does Hannspree’s website use cookies and other related technologies?

Whoisvisiting:

The Hannspree website also collects user information via a third-party application called Whoisvisiting.

Whoisvisiting enables us to identify repetitive visitors or potential customers on our website who may be visiting our key product pages, such as business solutions, case studies, industrial models and customized solutions. If we think they are potential customers, we may find a way to contact them to help them with their product search or solution needed. Through this software, we are also able to identify contact information of key employees from the companies visiting your website, along with their business email addresses, telephone number and social channels.

7.How is my information stored and kept secure?
Hannspree implements appropriate technical measures and processes to protect your personal information and to maintain its quality both during transmission and once it is received. For example, we use encryption when transmitting sensitive information to help us to keep your information secure.

Regarding information automatically collected via Whoisvisiting from your visit to Hannspree website, we do not store any such information; we only access the Whoisvisiting portal to access the information from their site, however please be informed that we have an embedded tracking code on our website to allow Whoisvisiting to collect and identify the information to build the database for Hannspree.

Furthermore, cookies are stored separately by Google Analytics and Kinsta.

8.How long will my personal information be retained?
We will retain your personal information only for as long as needed to provide you with the appropriate services. We will also retain your personal information as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

However, please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we have taken appropriate steps to protect your personal information, Hannspree cannot ensure or otherwise warrant the security of any information you provide to us or from our website and therefore you use our site at your own risk.
